SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and forward-thinking team, based in Ware.

What you’ll do:

Provide tailored support to pupils with autism and complex needs.
Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
Work closely with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive learning environment.
Encourage independence and social development through structured activities.

What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN is necessary.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
