Security Supervisor

We’re excited to share a fantastic opportunity with one of our prestigious clients based in the heart of London. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to lead a team of Officers in maintaining the safety, security, and smooth operation of a historic estate.

Role Details

Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Central London
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 42-hour contract – 4 on / 4 off, Mix of Days and Nights (12-hour shifts: 07:00–19:00 days, 19:00–07:00 nights)
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Warden team during assigned shifts
• Manage rotas, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth shift handovers
• Act as first point of contact for incidents and management issues
• Operate surveillance, alarm, and access control systems
• Handle CCTV subject access requests in line with GDPR
• Conduct fire drills and manage gate takings
• Liaise with internal departments, chambers, and residents
• Train and mentor new staff to uphold high standards

Person Specification

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client side security role
• Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in surveillance and access control systems
• Valid SIA licence High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
