We are recruiting experienced and highly professional Luxury Retail Security Guards to support a prestigious retail client. This role requires a strong, proactive security presence combined with excellent customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible and effective security presence within the store
  • Monitor customer activity and actively prevent theft and loss
  • Respond quickly to incidents, including pursuing offenders where necessary
  • Deliver a polished, professional front-of-house presence in line with a luxury brand
  • Conduct regular patrols of the shop floor and surrounding areas
  • Liaise with store management to support loss prevention strategies
  • Complete incident reports accurately and promptly

Requirements

  • Proven retail security experience within luxury or high-end retail
  • Valid SIA Licence (essential)
  • Physically fit and capable of responding to incidents
  • Strong observational and conflict management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, well-presented, and confident demeanour
  • Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure

Working Hours

Shift rota to include the working hours below

  • Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
  • Sunday: 11:30am – 6:00pm

Flexibility is required to support peak trading periods.
