Join a leading Surrey-based supplier of high-end interiors. We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to enhance the team. This role offers a unique blend of sales operations, customer relationship management, and creative contributions to marketing and product development.

About the Role

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of your role, working independently and driving sales operations within our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, commercially minded, and has a passion for interiors and design.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Trade Order Management: Oversee the complete sales order cycle from initial enquiry to delivery, ensuring a smooth process and high customer satisfaction.
  • Client Account & Service Excellence: Serve as the primary contact for trade clients, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Sales Operations & CRM Management: Keep accurate CRM records, generate detailed reports, and support the sales team with essential resources.
  • Creative & Event Coordination: Assist with marketing activities, contribute creatively to new collections, and lead the organisation and participation in industry trade shows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the interiors, textiles, or a closely related industry.
  • Strong understanding of fabric composition, manufacture, and suitability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM databases.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
  • A deep passion for interiors, textiles, and design.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of FF&E specification and UK fire regulations.
  • Experience with digital/email marketing or social media management.
  • Experience in organising or attending industry trade shows.
