Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the automotive refinish, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
Expand the IVAT product range through both new and existing customers.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing distributor and motor factor accounts.
Identify and onboard new distribution partners aligned with company growth objectives.
Work closely with distributors and motor factors to drive sell-through of products into end-user markets (e.g., bodyshops, industrial users).
Work collaboratively with internal sales, technical, and customer support teams to deliver effective solutions to customers.
