Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the automotive refinish, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Expand the IVAT product range through both new and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing distributor and motor factor accounts.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Work closely with distributors and motor factors to drive sell-through of products into end-user markets (e.g., bodyshops, industrial users).
  • Work collaboratively with internal sales, technical, and customer support teams to deliver effective solutions to customers.
