Key Details
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Flexible between 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday
Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE + monthly PRP
Location: Norwich (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)
Training: Full-time in office initially

Essential Criteria
Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing teams in customer service, sales, or operations environments
Sales & Retention Focus: Experience coaching teams to achieve conversion and retention targets
Operational Excellence: Strong ability to manage day-to-day operations and improve processes
Customer Focus: Skilled in handling challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Team Management: Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
