Purpose of the Role:
Primary role to report to and support Sales Management in day to day running of the department.
To support the Management team to achieve the department goals
To support the Account Managers to achieve their sale targets and KPI’s through motivation and coaching
Assist the Sales Management to achieve outstanding service to drive high levels of repeat business and recommendations
To ensure the Account Managers comply with company and FCA policies and procedures
To ensure Account Manager follow the correct sales process
Promote and manage the adoption of company vision and values within your function/team
Experience and Knowledge
A minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience
A proven ability in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets
A passion for providing a great customer service experience
Possesses a high degree of IT literacy
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.
