Day to Day of the Role:
Actively sell forklifts and material handling equipment to customers in the UK and overseas.
Build strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up leads to secure sales.
Speak confidently with customers over the phone and maintain regular communication.
Learn and keep up to date with the company’s stock and promotions.
Receive full training and support to develop product knowledge and industry understanding.
Work closely with the marketing, transport, and workshop teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Meet sales targets and regularly update management on progress and opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Energetic, lively, and proactive personality.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills, especially on the phone.
Previous experience in forklift, plant machinery, or sales is beneficial but not essential.
Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
