The Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing engineering business based in Hull. Known for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, the company is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the addition of a Sales Coordinator.
The Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function, acting as a link between customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, varied position suited to someone highly organised with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Preparing quotes, processing orders, and updating internal systems
Liaising with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintaining accurate customer records and reporting data
Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring excellent service delivery
About You
Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or coordination role
Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment is desirable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
