The Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function, acting as a link between customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, varied position suited to someone highly organised with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and reporting data

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or coordination role
  • Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment is desirable
