The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Controller who can lead from the front — delivering strong personal sales while supporting the wider team and daily dealership performance.
You’ll be joining an already established dealership that represents a new and emerging brand within the UK, giving you the opportunity to contribute to its growth, shape team performance, and play a key role in building long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Driving strong personal sales performance in line with targets
• Supporting daily dealership operations and overall sales performance
• Assisting with team leadership, coaching, and development of Sales Executives
• Monitoring KPIs, targets, and performance across the team
• Supporting stock control, profitability, and finance product sales
• Delivering a high standard of customer service across all channels
• Managing and resolving customer queries and escalations
• Supporting digital presence, online enquiries, and social media activity
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with processes and FCA standards
