Salary: £24,979.50 per annum (£12.81 per hour) plus Performance-Related Pay (PRP). On Target Earnings (OTE) up to £33,379.50 annually.

Day-to-day of the role:
Work within a contact centre environment, handling customer inquiries and sales calls.
Provide detailed information and advice on telecare products and services to both new and existing customers.
Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Assist in customer retention by offering tailored solutions and support.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Handle administrative tasks related to customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
Ability to work flexibly across a shift pattern that includes weekends.
Commercial awareness and a good understanding of sales principles.
Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Must pass pre-employment screening, including basic DBS checks and two years of referencing.
