Day-to-day of the role:
Manage a caseload of residential transactions efficiently and autonomously.
Communicate effectively with clients throughout the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Maintain high standards of client service, with frequent client contact.
Work collaboratively with a seasoned team, benefiting from their collective experience and support.
Utilise and adapt to flexible working arrangements to balance professional responsibilities and personal commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in managing caseloads across residential conveyancing transactions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships during potentially stressful transactions.
Paralegal accreditation is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach and readiness to hit the ground running.
