About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our high‑quality home care service in Cheltenham. This is a fully office‑based leadership role, responsible for service quality, compliance, staff management, and operational performance across the local area.

You’ll oversee both office and field teams, ensuring exceptional standards of care while driving the continued growth and success of the service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • 3–4 years’ experience in care management
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Confident managing staff, audits, care planning, and service quality
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Ability to support occasional on‑call duties when required
