Social Care Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

We are looking for a proactive and organised Social Care Recruitment Resourcer to support our team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding high‑quality candidates for roles across the social care sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and CV databases.

  • Write and post job adverts.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and arrange interviews.

  • Support compliance checks (DBS, references, right‑to‑work).

  • Maintain accurate records on the recruitment system.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates and support smooth onboarding.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or fast‑paced admin.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Knowledge of social care or CQC compliance/Ofsted Compliance (desirable).

Our client, Leicestershire County Council, is seeking an agency social worker for its Learning Disabilities & Autism team. This is the Learning Disabilities & Autism team, covering the Hinckley area. Pay rate £34 umbrella. You will usually attend the office for your duty day, otherwise you can work from home when not attending visits and meetings in the local area. ASB Response Officer Annual Salary: £32,597 Location: Norwich (covering Norwich area) Job Type: Temporary We are seeking an ASB Response Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for investigating reports of antisocial behaviour within the Norwich area and progressing appropriate responses in line with council policies and procedures. The position is subject to a DBS check. Day-to-day of the role: Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and manage a personal caseload using a risk-based approach. Undertake a case management approach to ASB investigations, directed by the national ASB risk management matrix. Liaise with the police, partner agencies, and council departments to resolve ASB and hate crime cases effectively.
