We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our client's team at a reputable accountancy firm. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and has strong administrative skills. As the first point of contact for our client's customers, as the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for professionalism and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
Greeting clients and visitors at the reception, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Answering phone calls, directing enquiries, and taking messages with a high level of professionalism.
Managing the reception area to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
Handling basic administrative tasks including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Assisting with various administrative projects as needed, providing support to other departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a professional services environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with basic administrative duties and office software.
