Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small team of 2 quality professionals. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control across production. Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Program and operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) for precision inspection. Analyse quality data and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues and improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Requirements ✅ Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment. ✅ Strong knowledge of CMM programming and metrology tools. ✅ Excellent leadership and team management skills. ✅ In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards. ✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Conduct advanced troubleshooting and train others to identify areas of non‑compliance within systems and processes. Lead continuous improvement programmes to enhance quality capability and customer satisfaction. Manage the introduction of new products from design stage through to full manufacturing implementation. Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required Proven industrial experience delivering solutions within a manufacturing environment.
