Reed are pleased to be partnering with a well-known company in Ipswich to recruit a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk working 25 - 30 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Main Duties
Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Match purchase orders with invoices
Code invoices to the correct nominal ledger accounts
Prepare and process supplier payment runs
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
Respond promptly to internal and external supplier queries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records
Monitor aged creditors and highlight any issues
Provide administrative support to the wider finance team as required
