The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving residential properties across Leeds and Harrogate. This is a varied role requiring a proactive approach and a broad range of practical skills. Key Responsibilities Carry out general property maintenance and repairs. Perform basic electrical work (e.g., replacing sockets, light fittings). Handle basic plumbing tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing taps). Bricklaying Undertake painting and decorating as required. Maintain gardens and outdoor areas (e.g., mowing, hedge trimming). Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure high standards of workmanship. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Beneficial Skills / Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
