Our client are a well-established food business that supplies premium products to well-known restaurants, retailers and food manufacturers is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to join their well-established team on a permanent basis.

As a Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to plan, coordinate, oversee and drive tasks on company projects. Once established your role will be to write and fully communicate critical paths to all stakeholders, you will manage critical path timings and communicate any changes internally and externally. The ultimate objective is to ensure that projects & products successfully launch on time, within budget and scope.

The Role:
• Gaining an understanding of writing critical paths and managing projects with a view to taking on and managing customer accounts.
• Achieving all stages of numerous & simultaneous projects, within the given stage timings. This includes assigning work packages to staff members across all departments.
• Setting up all new products with internal reference codes, approving retail & outercase barcodes and confirming the full product packaging details and palletisations.
• Maintaining a seamless stream of communication with essential internal and external parties throughout all stages of the project.
• Closing off projects by completing a lessons learned document and reviewing with the project team in final project close meeting.
• Co-ordinating sample requests across customer accounts, ensuring that all requested products are available for the specified date.
• Organising market reviews for GAP analysis and benchmarking sessions, which will include communicating written feedback to internal and external parties.
