Project Coordinator

Location: East Suffolk (Office-based)
Salary: From £40,000

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple projects across the business. This is a busy, office-based role where you will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly from initial order through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects from order placement through to final handover
  • Plan and manage installation schedules, deliveries, and project timelines
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance files
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
  • Support procurement activities, including tracking orders and supplier updates
  • Ensure all parties are aligned on schedules and requirements
  • Manage post-installation snagging and follow through to resolution

About You

  • Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administration
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail with accurate record-keeping abilities
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or project management systems

Desirable

  • Experience within fit-out, construction, or interiors
  • Knowledge of installation coordination or compliance documentation
