My client is a fast scaling, founder led, innovative SME full of creative vision and strategy.

I'm looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a committed and fast paced team on the factory floor, drive daily targets, and keep quality and safety at the heart of everything you do.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and motivating a production team
  • Keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensuring top-tier food safety and quality standards
  • Supporting stock control and continuous improvement
