Quality Manager Annual Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: Bradford Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee our Technical Team, ensuring Food Safety, Quality, Legality, and Compliance to Specification of all products. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards through enforcement of documented procedures and good manufacturing practices. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the technical team to ensure all KPI targets are met. Provide accurate and timely product specifications, documented work instructions, and visual guides to the manufacturing and warehouse teams. Monitor the quality of raw materials, WIP, and finished products through chemical, microbiological, and sensory analysis using HACCP principles. Develop and maintain LQC & QA systems to deliver safe, legal products of the right quality to BRC technical standard requirements. Monitor and report on Key Quality KPI’s on a weekly basis.
