Are you an experienced Production Manager looking to take ownership of end-to-end manufacturing operations within a dynamic and growing business?

We are supporting a well-established manufacturer in their search for two Production Managers to oversee the full production lifecycle — from contract review and planning through to delivery — ensuring output is efficient, high-quality, and on time for two separate functions of their business.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving production performance, managing schedules, and ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the full production process from order intake to final delivery
  • Leading contract reviews, assessing order complexity and capacity
  • Planning production schedules and managing resources, materials, and subcontracting
  • Supporting Team Leaders to implement and adapt production plans
  • Ensuring all products meet quality standards and specifications
  • Resolving production issues and maintaining customer delivery commitments
  • Managing material availability and minimising supply chain impact
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma)
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

You will have:

  • Proven experience in Production / Manufacturing Management
  • Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scheduling, and resource management

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
