Pest Controller

My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pest Controller to join their friendly and hardworking team.

This role will be covering the Herts, Beds, and Bucks area. You must be passionate about providing high-quality service, ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated, and capable of using problem-solving skills to effectively resolve issues.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both domestic and commercial customers.
  • Carry out pest control services efficiently, with a proven track record.
  • Plan daily work schedules and manage time effectively.
  • Utilise problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve issues.
  • Perform general maintenance and services as part of the role.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in pest control services for at least 2 years (required).
  • Qualified to BPCA / RSPH level 2 in pest management or higher
  • Good knowledge of general maintenance.
  • Full, clean UK driver's licence with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
  • Clean enhanced Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) Certificate.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, hardworking, reliable, flexible, honest, and trustworthy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, confident in dealing with customers at all levels.
