My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support one of their Executive Directors. This is a pivotal role at the heart of business operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to the Executive team, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, prioritising meetings and scheduling time for strategic planning.
Act as a key liaison between the Executive, senior leaders and wider teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Take ownership of operational and administrative tasks, including minute-taking, action tracking and correspondence.
Lead on specific projects and initiatives, delivering outcomes to a high standard and on time.
Maintain procedures to support the efficient running of the Executive office.
Support senior leader recruitment and onboarding processes.
Be the first point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in a similar PA or EA role, supporting senior leaders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and reprioritise quickly.
High level of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Comfortable using MS Teams, PowerPoint and other systems to produce documents and presentations.
Understanding of financial administration and budgets.
Experience or interest in working with people with additional needs is desirable.
