About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Physical Education Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Bracknell on a temporary basis. This role is to provide cover within a supportive and dynamic department, delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality PE lessons across a range of sports and activities
  • Promote student participation, wellbeing, and physical development
  • Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Contribute to extracurricular sports activities where possible
  • Support the wider PE department during the cover period

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A passion for sport, health, and physical education
