Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
