We are expanding our team and seeking a Paralegal with expertise in Transfer of Equity and Assent transactions. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in drafting TR1s and Assents, submitting SDLT, handling lender consent, and managing Land Registry applications independently. Day-to-day of the role:
Prepare and review legal documentation related to property transactions, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property transfers.
Conduct title searches and verify ownership details using relevant databases and systems.
Efficiently manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate with external agencies to comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain organised records of all transactions and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
Provide clear communication updates to clients on the progress of their cases.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing deadlines to ensure timely completion of cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven conveyancing experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and organisational tools.
Fluency in English with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good IT skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems.
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience or knowledge of property law or conveyancing processes is desirable; training will be provided.
Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Application Requirements:
Must be able to commute to Weston-super-Mare at least twice a week to attend the office.
Must be able to commute to Chester at least once per month for meetings and to partner businesses as required.
