We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Operations Support Coordinator to join our client's busy operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and acts as a crucial link between customers, operational teams, and external partners.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Act as a central point of contact for customers and operational teams.
- Coordinate information across various communication channels.
- Support the planning and delivery of daily operational activities.
- Monitor and update systems to ensure information remains accurate and current.
- Investigate and resolve customer and operational queries.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain service standards.
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with reporting and data management activities.
- Support continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, administration, or support-based role within the logistics industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
- Experience in logistics, transport, operations, or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with industry systems, customer platforms, or data management tools is a plus.
