If you’re the type who loves organising chaos, improving processes, and making things run smoother… keep reading 👇

You’ll sit at the heart of a small but globally connected team, acting as the go-to person for all things operations. From suppliers and systems to travel, events and internal processes, you’ll help keep everything running efficiently across different teams and time zones. Expect variety. One day you might be onboarding new vendors or managing contracts, the next, improving internal workflows or coordinating logistics for international events. You’ll regularly collaborate with colleagues across finance, programmes, and delivery teams, making this a brilliant role for someone who enjoys a mix of structure, problem-solving, and people interaction.

What you’ll be owning:

  • Keeping procurement and supplier processes running smoothly and compliantly
  • Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and purchasing workflows
  • Supporting logistics for travel, events, and team activities
  • Helping strengthen systems, tools, and internal processes
  • Monitoring spend, supporting budgets, and assisting with financial admin
  • Making sure everything aligns with organisational policies and compliance standards
  • Improving how things work, spotting inefficiencies and fixing them

    What we’re looking for:

  • Experience across operations, procurement, logistics or supplier management (at least 2 and willingness to learn the others)
  • Confidence working in structured, compliance-driven environments
  • Exposure to international, non-profit or globally distributed organisations is a big plus
  • Someone proactive, you don’t wait to be told, you fix and improve
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and keeping things organised
  • Strong systems mindset (you like tools, processes, and improving how things work)
  • Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to:

  • Finance admin / expense tracking
  • Process improvement or automation
  • Working with policies, SOPs, or governance frameworks
