A growing, fast-paced business is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and develop its planned, reactive maintenance and service function.
This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy and influence, ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, managing teams, solving problems, and driving operational performance in a customer-focused environment.
Working closely with company leadership, you will oversee the service operation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape the future growth of the division.
The Role
Lead the day-to-day running of the service function
Manage and develop a small service coordination team
Drive operational efficiency and service performance
Act as a key escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders
Monitor KPIs, workflows, and service standards
Identify and drive opportunities for growth and improvement
Support a positive, high-performing team culture
About You
Proven leadership experience within service, operations, or coordination environments
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving business
Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using CRM, scheduling, or job management systems
