We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & HR Administrator to support the smooth daily running of the business. This varied role covers office administration, HR support, logistics coordination and compliance tasks. You’ll work closely with employees, suppliers, customers and management to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Manage calls, inboxes and visitor reception.

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, refreshments and office supplies.

  • Handle post, deliveries and purchase orders.

  • Maintain trackers, records and general admin support.

HR Support

  • Assist with recruitment, interviews and onboarding.

  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.

  • Maintain employee and training records.

  • Support wellbeing, internal communications and company events.

  • Organise birthdays, milestones and recognition activities.

Logistics & Projects

  • Arrange domestic/international shipments and courier bookings.

  • Maintain H&S, training and compliance records.
