We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position available for either full-time or part-time engagement, ideal for someone with prior experience as a Room Leader or Assistant Manager who is looking to advance their career in early years education.
Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Lead, manage, and support a team of early years professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Develop and implement innovative and educational programmes that cater to the needs of all children.
Maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring open and effective communication regarding their children's development.
Manage administrative and operational tasks including staff scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting, such as a Room Leader or Assistant Manager.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding procedures.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the nursery and its children.
