👶 About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join a friendly and experienced team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a nurturing setting — with full support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Delivering fun and engaging learning activities
✔ Supporting children’s development through play
✔ Assisting with daily care routines
✔ Creating a safe, inclusive environment
✔ Building positive relationships with parents and carers

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
  • Newly qualified practitioners encouraged to apply
  • A positive, caring attitude with a passion for working with children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
