My Client is seeking a driven and creative Media Sales Specialist to join their team, working across a portfolio of premium lifestyle and culture magazines (print and digital). This role focuses on building strong advertising partnerships with brands in fashion, travel, wellness, and luxury sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close advertising and sponsorship opportunities across print editions, digital platforms, and integrated campaigns
Build and maintain long-term relationships with agencies, direct clients, and key brand stakeholders
Proactively pitch creative media solutions tailored to client objectives, including content partnerships and multi-channel campaigns
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and account management
Collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaign executions
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B media sales, advertising sales, or a similar client-facing commercial role
Strong network within lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to confidently sell cross-platform solutions (print, digital, social, events)
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
