We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and implementation of our company's brand and marketing strategies. This role is integral to collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and key commercial managers, ensuring all marketing activities align with our business strategy and enhance our brand across various sectors , and our e-commerce platform.
Day-to-day of the role:
Lead and develop a marketing team, managing a full-time Senior Graphic Designer & Marketing Exec, a part-time Senior Graphic Designer, and a CRM-focused team member.
Plan and deliver a comprehensive 12-month marketing strategy and campaign calendar across all business sectors.
Collaborate with commercial teams to prepare new product release plans, highlighting key benefits and differentiators.
Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to refine strategy and identify new opportunities.
Manage the production and execution of promotional events and activities.
Oversee all company social and digital media platforms, developing content plans that align with the overall marketing strategy.
Manage the marketing budget, conducting monthly reviews with the Management Accountant.
Optimise the company’s CRM system in conjunction with the CRM coordinator.
Ensure all marketing activities are measured against KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary.
Provide marketing support to HR for internal communications.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing management role, preferably within an SME environment.
Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Proficient in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
Experience with CRM management and automation is preferred.
Must be proactive, curious, and willing to take educated risks.
