Our client is an Islington-based boutique agency and the exclusive UK & Ireland distributor for a premium Danish jewellery brand with a global following. They manage all aspects of brand, marketing, and distribution across the region, operating as a lean, high-impact team closely aligned with the brand’s Denmark HQ.

The Role
An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing across the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the Company Director, you will lead strategy, campaigns, budget management, and eCommerce growth, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy aligned to commercial goals
  • Own and manage the marketing budget
  • Plan campaign calendar and adapt global direction for local markets

Campaigns & Creative

  • Localise and execute campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and retail
  • Produce assets using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Manage content, photography, and campaign delivery end-to-end

eCommerce

  • Manage Shopify store, including launches, merchandising, and updates
  • Drive CRO and improve UX to maximise sales
  • Align marketing with stock and trading priorities

Paid Media & Performance

  • Set strategy across Meta and Google Ads
  • Manage agencies and optimise campaigns
  • Track CPA, ROAS, and key KPIs

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance across GA4, Shopify, Meta, Google, and Klaviyo
  • Analyse data and report insights to the Director

Stakeholder Management

  • Line manage the marketing team
  • Work cross-functionally with operations
  • Act as UK lead for HQ and support retail partners

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven campaign and strategy delivery
  • Strong paid media experience (Meta & Google)
  • Shopify and eCommerce experience
  • Email/CRM knowledge (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent organisation and communication
