Marketing Campaigns Manager
Contract Type: 12-month maternity cover contract
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in Taunton)
Rate: £350 - £375 per day

Reed Marketing & Creative are pleased to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Marketing Campaigns Manager. This role will play a key part in delivering integrated, audience-led marketing campaigns that enhance brand reputation and support strategic growth across international markets.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns within a complex, international B2B environment.
  • Translate business, brand, and product priorities into targeted campaign activity that builds awareness and strengthens customer and partner relationships.
  • Support delivery of brand and thought leadership programmes to enhance visibility, authority, and industry influence.
  • Execute digital campaigns across web, email, social media, paid media, and content marketing platforms, including marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (brand, content, product, digital) and external agencies to ensure alignment with overall strategy and consistency throughout the customer journey.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns within a complex B2B organisation.
  • Strong background in brand, thought leadership, and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ability to develop audience-led campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with digital campaign delivery and optimisation, including HubSpot or similar CRM platform.
  • Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and campaign performance optimisation.
  • Experience using web analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in QA, testing, and data accuracy, with an understanding of data protection and privacy considerations.
