We are seeking a highly organised and data-driven Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative capabilities and advanced Excel skills, who thrives in managing data to support business decisions and enhance marketing effectiveness. 1-2 days a week in the office.
Day-to-day of the role:
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
Support content scheduling and campaign tracking.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Analyse marketing performance data and produce monthly/weekly reports.
Use Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data manipulation) to interpret large data sets.
Track campaign performance metrics such as leads, conversions, and ROI.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of marketing activity and budgets.
Manage campaign documentation and reporting templates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
