CIRCA £50,000 PER ANNUM (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

I am partnering with a well-established organisation operating within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Known for its strong operational focus and commitment to continuous improvement, the business offers a collaborative culture and the opportunity to play a key role within a high-performing finance team

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Management Accountant to join a small but dynamic finance team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial insights and supporting key business decisions across the organisation. This role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Supporting the CFO with year-end audit and tax processes
  • Acting as a key link between finance and wider business departments
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the transactional finance team
  • Assisting with general accounting and ad hoc financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and processes
  • Contributing to cost analysis and efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Supporting system and process enhancements across finance and admin functions

About You

  • Qualified, Part-Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE with at least 5 years’ experience in a finance function
  • Strong experience working with advanced ERP systems - Oracle, NetSuite and Salesforce highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of internal controls and financial processes
  • Experience working in a multi-currency environment with FX considerations
  • Exposure to multi-entity structures and intercompany transactions preferred
  • Previous audit experience advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across all levels of the business
  • Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team and using your own initiative
