Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator looking for an exciting new opportunity in a nurturing and child-centred environment?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years professional to join a well-established nursery in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team that is committed to providing outstanding early years education and helping children thrive.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

  • Be responsible for a group of key children, supporting their learning and development.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities and experiences.
  • Complete observations, assessments, and learning journeys.
  • Support children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.

Essential Requirements

Recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare Qualification (Essential)
✅ Previous experience within an Early Years setting
✅ Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
✅ Excellent spoken and written English
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ A genuine passion for working with young children

Montessori experience or qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.

Working Hours

Teachers work a set rota consisting of:

  • 3 days: 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • 2 days: 8:30am - 6:30pm
