Reed in Teesside are currently representing an independent distributor who are looking to add to their growing marketing team due to business growth and expansion! They are looking for a full time, permanent Klaviyo & Email Marketing Specialist to elevate their email marketing strategies and significantly enhance their customer engagement and retention.
Day-to-day of the role:
Email Campaigns & Calendar:
Plan, build, and execute weekly email campaigns.
Create engaging, on-brand content including promotions, launches, and storytelling.
Manage campaign scheduling and performance monitoring.
Lifecycle & Automation (Klaviyo):
Build and optimise key flows such as Welcome series, Abandoned cart, Post-purchase, and Winback/re-engagement.
Continuously improve flow performance through testing and iteration.
Segmentation & Personalisation:
Segment audiences based on behaviour, purchase history, and engagement.
Deliver targeted campaigns to improve conversion and repeat purchase rates.
Performance & Optimisation:
Track key KPIs including open rate, click rate, conversion, and revenue.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and offers to optimise results.
Provide clear, actionable insights on campaign effectiveness.
Retention Strategy:
Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
Develop systems that transform one-off customers into long-term brand advocates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Klaviyo for eCommerce brands.
Strong understanding of the Shopify customer lifecycle.
Demonstrable results in revenue growth, flow optimisation, and retention improvements.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
Highly desirable: Experience with Shopify content/blog ecosystem, strong email copywriting skills, understanding of subscription or reorder-driven businesses, and basic HTML/email design skills.
