The Role
Coordinate bookings and support service delivery
Liaise with customers, engineers, and internal teams
Update systems, track jobs, and ensure SLAs are met
Maintain accurate records and support reporting
What We’re Looking For
Admin, coordination, or customer service experience
Strong organisation and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, systems)
