Reed’s client is looking for a Trainee HR Officer to join their People Services team.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career. You will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities while being supported by experienced HR professionals. You will learn on the job, develop your skills and gradually take on more responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and staff
Help deliver HR policies, procedures and best practice
Prepare letters, documents and reports
Support HR colleagues with projects and ongoing work
Assist with absence management and employee relations processes
Support investigations, hearings and note taking
Maintain HR systems and analyse data for reporting
Support wellbeing, engagement and learning initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Degree or working towards CIPD Level 3 or above
Experience in an admin or HR environment
Strong organisation and time management skills
Good communication and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional approach with confidential information
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
