We are seeking a Junior Administrator to join our dynamic team in Guildford. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or advance their career in financial services. While previous experience is welcomed, it is not essential. We are primarily looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Day-to-day of the role:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and general client enquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing post, including scanning, filing, and distribution.
Maintain and update client records across internal systems such as XPlan, MailChimp, and other reporting systems.
Support purchase ledger processes, including logging invoices and assisting with payments.
Reconcile company credit card statements and ensure all receipts are recorded.
Assist with file checks and ensure accurate documentation of client advice.
Support marketing activities, including newsletters, website updates, and social media content.
Coordinate company events, including logistics, supplier liaison, and client communication.
Order and manage office and printed stationery.
Assist with general administrative duties to support the wider team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive and positive approach to work.
Interest in financial services is preferred.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
