Fantastic Interim Trainer opportunity available working for a leading organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This role is working remotely from home predominantly and is available to start on the 30th June until the end of November time on a part time basis. 

Key Responsibilities

•             Training Design & Delivery: Create, update, and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials virtually. (more delivery than design)

•             Program Management: Coordinate, schedule, and maintain records of training sessions using LMS or other tracking systems.

•             Content Adaptation: Tailor training materials to different learning styles and audiences.

Required Qualifications & Skills

•             Experience: previous roles in training or Coaching

•             Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

•             Technology: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-learning software

•             Certifications: Professional certification would be beneficial but not necessary.

Core Competencies

•             Strong understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy).

•             Ability to work independently and manage multiple, changing priorities.

•             Creative approach to developing engaging, interactive learning content.

•             High level of patience and adaptability.

You will need to be available for two training days at their Leeds head office on Tuesday 30th June and Wednesday 1st July and then you will be required on a temporary ad hoc basis working remotely from home predominantly from June until November time. The daily pay rate is £153 per day.
