Temporary Property Inspectors – 2-Day Assignment

We’re recruiting Inspectors to work across Southampton, carrying out end-of-tenancy cleaning inspections on empty properties.

Perfect for students or recent graduates who know the local area and want quick, flexible work.

Key Dates & Hours

•  Training: 26th or 27th June (1.5 hours)
•  Friday 28th June: 12pm – 8pm
• Saturday 29th June: 10am – 4pm

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing around 10 property inspections over 2 days
• Assessing cleanliness at end of tenancy
• Logging findings using software on your smartphone
• Working in pairs to cover scheduled properties efficiently

 

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate
• Good knowledge of the Southampton area
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage your time
• Comfortable using your own smartphone for reporting
• Basic understanding of inventories (ideal but not essential)
• Access to a vehicle is a bonus
