Recruitment Consultant – Industrial & Manufacturing
We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to specialise in high‑volume industrial and manufacturing staffing. You’ll manage a busy, fast‑paced desk supplying skilled and semi‑skilled operatives.
You’ll recruit for roles including Assembly Operatives, Machine Operatives, Production Operatives, Factory Operatives, Hygiene Operatives, Parcel Sorters, Warehouse Operatives (Picker/Packers), Forklift/Counterbalance Operators and Drivers.
Your clients will include major manufacturers, FMCG sites, distribution centres, food production facilities and e‑commerce warehouses.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.
