Take over a long established client bank of high net worth clients, with no requirement to bring clients with you, and the time and support to deliver a genuinely high quality advice service.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor who wants a ready built portfolio and the backing of a full support team, without the pressure of starting from scratch or self generating everything.

The client bank is made up of high value relationships, meaning you can focus on fewer clients with higher AUM, giving you the time to deliver detailed, relationship-led financial planning rather than managing a high volume of smaller cases.

You’ll work closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver a holistic financial planning service, with the infrastructure and brand behind you to grow the client bank further through referrals and introductions.

About the firm

Our client is a well-established national financial planning firm with a strong reputation for delivering high quality advice and client service. With a large advisor network and dedicated support teams, they provide the scale and technical backing needed to operate effectively.

The culture is collaborative and professional, with a clear focus on long term client relationships and doing the right thing. Advisors are well supported, allowing them to focus on advice, client outcomes and growing their client bank.

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of an existing client portfolio, maintaining and developing long term relationships
  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice, tailored to individual client goals and circumstances
  • Carry out regular client reviews, ensuring all advice remains suitable and well documented
  • Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver an efficient and high quality service
  • Use cashflow modelling tools to bring financial plans to life and demonstrate outcomes
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, introducers and existing relationships
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records in line with FCA requirements
  • Build and develop relationships with introducers and professional connections

What you’ll need

  • Experience working as a Financial Advisor within a regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning strategies
  • A client focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Confidence managing an existing client bank while generating new opportunities
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday, increasing annually up to 30 days
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Pension contributions matched up to 7.5%
  • Life assurance up to 4x salary
  • Income protection covering 75% of salary
  • Wide range of additional benefits and perks
